How'd you like them kickbacks ? I swapped them with French db presses I found that they made me so angry lol don't know why but really pissed me off haha,

I love em, but switch them up with French DB and other excersises! I never have a set routine in place when I go to the gym. I lt my body tell me what it needs. If it needs more I do more if less then I do less! Always changing shit up!!!

I take a very similar approach to my training as well. From what exercises to reps, sets and rest periods. I think the body is the best way to gauge what should be done, no point in injuring yourself from pounding heavy iron if your body can't handle it. Sometimes less is more.

I do a similar thing but just alter the weight, if I'm not feeling strong (like today) I'll take it easy with the poundages otherwise I'll whack it up. I almost always attempt a heavier weight when I'm feeling strong. Don't always get it mind....
