Cybex Leg Press = 170 x 12, 190 x 12, 210 x 12, 230 x 12, 250 x 12
Stiff Legged Deads = 75 x 10 3 sets
Seated Leg Curls = 60 x 12, 70 x 15, 90 x 12, 110 x 12
BW Calf Raises = 3 x Failure
Standing Calf Raises = 45 per side 4 x 15
**A good workout beside the back pumps. Gonna increase Taurine to 2000mg per Zed.
***Any suggestions for a better leg routine would be cool. This gym is more of a cross fit gym but has the basics. I have to go here for it's open 24/7 and the gym I'd like to go to closes at 8 and that won't cut it! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
