Rear Military Press = Bar x 25, 95 x 20, 145 x 12, 165 x 7, 145 x 10
Front Military Press = 3 x 10 - 95, Very slow concentrated reps.
DB Shoulder Press = 3 x 8 - 60's
Upright Rows = 3 x 12 - 85
One Arm Front DB Laterals = 3 x 12 - per side 25's
One Arm DB Side Laterals = 3 x 12 - per side 25's
Face Pulls = 40 x 15, 50 x 15, 60 x 15
BB Shrugs = 3 x 12 - 185
*OK had a great workout going till upright rows......I'm assuming I got the Beastdrol back pumps???? I had a hard time finishing my workout and had to lower all weight. SO....how often does this happen?? I'm only on 2 a day for the first 2 weeks then increasing dose so I need to get this down quick!!! It's not water cause I'm putting down 2+ gallons a day! Should I up my Taurine??? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
