I do a similar thing but just alter the weight, if I'm not feeling strong (like today) I'll take it easy with the poundages otherwise I'll whack it up. I almost always attempt a heavier weight when I'm feeling strong. Don't always get it mind....

Fo Sho! If I'm not feeling it then I don't do it!! I've learned that when I use to try to push thru I would end up being pissed for not having a killer workout which will demoralize the whole workout!! On those days I switch to high rep, concentrated work! Then I'm pumped as shit and feel like I killed the workout instaed of feeling like I didn't give it my best!

I could tell after the first couple of sets it was gonna be one of those nights....SO with that said I can't even begin to tell u what I did!!! LOL!

I upped all my reps and went balls to the wall, on both back and Bi's, so it ended up being a great workout after all!

Back pumps were still there, not as bad thou. Just worried about what it will be like when I hit 30 and 40mg???

Tonight = Shoulders
