Too much carbs make me sleepy and lethargic, i dont need more than 200 grams a day, i find the EFA's give some "pop" in my workouts.. try two tablespoons with your oatmeal, before a morning workout.

And dont mix carbs with fats. Try to eat carb and protein, or fat and protein, but not the nasty carb/ fat meals. And make sure your carbs are complex.

The glycemic index on yoru carbs is entirely too high. You need more fat, and more meals. Damn, you guys bulkon 4000 cals and only 6 meals a day? I can't even manitain my bodyweight on 3500 and no cardio.

Your diet is designed to make you fat, and does not even create a proper anabolic environment. All of your carbs are high gi, most of your protien absorbs too fast, your meal freuincy is not high enough, and with the choice of carbs you are injesting you sare still spiking your insulin and blood sugar levels all day. You are deficient in all of your essential fats, you are not eating any green vegetables, and overall your diet is full of glaring deficiencies that can lead to fat storage within minimal gains in lbm. In all honesty I wouldn't even know where to begin chaning what you eat, other than to completely start over from scratch.

listen to this man, he speaks with wisdom......high glycemic index carbs release high spikes of insulin, insulin stores available fat easily.......low glycemic index carbs, release a smaller spike and provide a longer lasting form of energy...... so instead of mashed potatoes, try oatmeal, REAL wheat bread,
etc....... you can do a search on low glycemic carbs and come up with many to chose from......and more veggies are always helpful, providing more fiber and nutrients we need daily.....

my body started to change weekly from just changing my type of carbs......also when you have a med/high level of fat in the meal your are considering, keep your carbs low if possible.......
