All of your carbs are high gi, most of your protien absorbs too fast, your meal freuincy is not high enough, and with the choice of carbs you are injesting you sare still spiking your insulin and blood sugar levels all day. You are deficient in all of your essential fats, you are not eating any green vegetables, and overall your diet is full of glaring deficiencies that can lead to fat storage within minimal gains in lbm. In all honesty I wouldn't even know where to begin chaning what you eat, other than to completely start over from scratch.
