Macro Ratios

Tried posting in diet board, got no response. Can somebody help?
22 years old/225lbs @ 12% doing a deca/dbol bulker. I need to know the proper macro ratios that I should be eatting because so far Im doing something wrong as majority is blubber weight.

Basically i have 5 meals (usually shakes but i try for solid food) and each contains approx:
65g protein
17g fat
75 g carb

Any help is appreciated.
 
As i said usually shakes, sometimes canned chicken (sorta like tuna cans) and mashed potatoes. PWO shake is just 80g protein and about 130g carbs from dextrose. I try to eat every 2-3 hours.
 
honeslty i think your numbers are fine bro....you are eating plenty it appears

I garentee you are bloated as fuck man....dbol and deca..is bloat city...just keep doing what u are doing...

nothing amazing as far as strength goes.
i was hoping that mynumbers needed some tweaking, maybe the carbs are too high?

maybe your carbs are too high...only you will know that...it depends on how sensitive you are to them. i can eat tons tons of carbs and not get fat....but if i dont eat enough i feel like shit....and for enough is a lot. some people turn into fat fucks from small amounts of starches......

Keep your cals at 3000, add 60 grams of flax oil, thats 4 tablespoons, and cut back the carbs, so that your still at 3000 cals, did that on my deca cycle, then strenght started jumpin.
