i love the machine pullovers and use them during my back workouts , i have done them using an underhand grip (when rep complete , bar against lower abdomen palms are facing up ) i learned this on a dorian yates youtube video for his back workout.
when my friend came to train with me today he insisted that an overhand grip was used to execute the reps , where as i sugested he was wrong and that would work upper chest more like a dumbell pullover
any views opimions on this please ???
