what I have been trying as of late cause im sitting hear with a similar problem, is getting up and lifting first thing in the morning im usually not as awake so i sacrafice a little bit of strength but not much i usually can force myself to wake up enough, and then 3 maybe at most 4 times a week ill do my cardio and night and cut carbs after the cardio, now this has worked so far i have not lost very much size keeping good measurents on myself but it has potential to burn a bit too much muscle i think, regardless im going to attempt it so if wha your doing now isnt working this might be something you might want to try
