Looking for tips to get lean other than cardio and diet..

Everything they said plus drink reall green tea, and drink lots and lots of ICE watter, accelerates your metabolism.

what I have been trying as of late cause im sitting hear with a similar problem, is getting up and lifting first thing in the morning im usually not as awake so i sacrafice a little bit of strength but not much i usually can force myself to wake up enough, and then 3 maybe at most 4 times a week ill do my cardio and night and cut carbs after the cardio, now this has worked so far i have not lost very much size keeping good measurents on myself but it has potential to burn a bit too much muscle i think, regardless im going to attempt it so if wha your doing now isnt working this might be something you might want to try
 
well....its all about diet bro...you can't really get lean unless you play with your diet...bodybuilding is all about diet anyways...if u train like an animal, you sleep like a bear and you juice like a blender, you won't build muscle unless you get a good diet.

Thanks. As far as my body fat (15%), I try to get most my cals from protien. I eat complex carbs like oatmeal prior to lifting and simple carbs only after I lift. I am lean everywhere except for my stomach. I eat good. Lift 5 days a week. yet the gut remains. I dred cardio but I guess that its going to have to be done to loose the gut. Anyone have any other sugggestions??


there's no easy way homie. lol! Certain fat burners are good. Lipo6 is very good. I wouldn't use them as the primary method. More to accentuate hard work in the gym.
