list your best natural sources of fibre while cutting?

brocolli and i use fiber one cereal or that kashi cereal w/ a lot of fiber. half cup of cereal has 10g of fiber i think
 
Remember, like it says on the package of Psyllium or Metamucil, you MUST take it with a lot of water, they say 8oz with and the 8oz after, but I mix it in 24oz - 32oz of water minimum, plus this way it doesn't get all gell like and gooey.
Someone else posted to just put the metamucil in your protien shake, I tried this and it is good too. I also compensate for the thickening of the shake with ice water.
 
With the psyllium husk powder, I mix one tsp in about 8oz of water, and have no problem drinking it. Sure, it feels like mud, but I'm never in danger of choking. I do drink a cup of water after it though.
