Sure. Go to photobucket.com and sign up for an account. Follow the instructions and it will give a link to your uploaded pics that you can post on here. As far as having a pic to post how "cute" you are how is posting a pic to show how "ripped" you are? Not everyone shares the same qualities nor is everyone here a BB champ with 10+ years of training. Give the kid a break.
 
Going for mass I would shoot for a mealplan with more carbs, less fat.
example
Meal 1( lets say at 8)
4 eggswhites, 1 hole, I wouldn't boil them i oil...
1 slice of bread
100g oatmeal that, mix with water and on to the stove.
To this 1 proteindrink, 20g protein or so..

Meal 2( at 10): Rice and chicken, maybe a slice of bread to that.

Meal 3(at 12): Pasta or maybe tortilljas, chicken or read meat. Or make a tai meal with rice, chicken, some sambal olek, herbs, soy, 1 tbsp oil

Meal 4(at 3): 2 slices of bread, 1 proteindrink, 1 tablespon f oil.

workout at 4 and then at 5 you drink 50g dextrose + 50g Whey

at 6 it'äs time for a new meal, rice or pasta, LOW fat meal and chicken or red meat.

at 9 it's time for another meal, maybe a sallad with something in like chicken or so.

I also would take something just before bedtime, even when I'm cutting I wouldn't let my body be out of fod all night s I eat about 100g oatmeal 1 hour before I get to bed, to this about 60-70g protein.

You need more protein and carb if you want to put on mass. I'd shoot for 1.5 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight. If your carbs a re lower than I'd even take in more

I had to edit that. You need to be on a bulking diet, not the diet you listed, that is a maintainence or cutting diet. Witha bulking diet your choices of meals will be greatly increased.

Also if you dont mind me asking, why do you have a pic like that in your avatar? Most people posting pics here do it to show there physics or lack of. Your fully dressed with what looks like 3 shirts???
I agree. You need more clean cars and protien. Eat lots of your carbs after your workout :chomp: Im 130 lbs 16% bf and your diet is almost identical to mine. Now thats not right.

why dont u go complain to seashell cuz she has a pic of her in her av, and its not a boobvatar or anything..........

i know i need more food, but i need to know what to put in and where to put it in at. i usually just eat alot of shti when i bulk and it doesn't go the best all the time!
