So trained last week-couldn't walk for a couple of days, but back in the gym on Saturday. (Sad and pathetic, but good for me given the amount of pain coupled w/ the lack of balls...ummm...ovies?) So now my legs are better-inner thighs feel like hell, but everything else is good. Arms are sore, but nothing I can't handle. Here's the question...heading to gym soon, need to come up with a plan on what to work. Saturday I did a very unorganized whatever looked good and didn't work legs too hard routine. Probably not the best, but better then nothing. Should I stick to the same thing for a week or two until I get over this sore as shit everytime I workout?
