arms
standing db curls 40x12, 45x10, 50x7
one arm preachers 25x15, 30x11, 35x7
cable concentration curls 3x15
pushdowns 3x15,10,6 racked it!!!! first time since college i was able to rack a tricep pushdown machine
closegrips on smith 135x20, 155x15, 175x12 have to start a little heavier next time
incline lying extensions 70x12, 80x10, 90x8
decline db skull crushers lol used 30's and got 8...stopped after 1 set...just didn't enjoy them
dips 1x15 with 2 plates on my lap 1x10 3 plates on my lap
hanging leg raises and rope crunches
