standing ohp 65x15, 95x12, 105x10, 115x8, 125x6 drop set 105x5 my strength levels were a little off i think since this is the first time i'm doing them sans smith machine and i also took the week off so aftre the first 2 sets i was feeling the pain already. i think next week or the week after i'll be able to hit 135x5 depending on if my back holds up.
