Is my PH cycle ok? advice please

Hi all,
long time reader, first time poster.
I am 27 @ 80KG
doing my 3rd helladrol cycle starting next week and put the below plan together.

GOAL: to lean more than bulk (drop BF%)


1-6 Helladrol- 75/75/75/100/100/125
1-6 C-Assist
3-6 HC generate (1 tablet, 5x day)
3-6 forma stanzol (5 pumps am and pm)
1-10 Opti-Men Multi Vitamins

PCT

7-10 Nolva 40/40/20/20
7-10 Unleashed and post cycle (1 cap each 3x/day)
7-10 forma stanzol (5 pumps am and pm weeks 7-8, 3 pumps am and pm weeks 9-10)
7-10 DAA

DIET
2400cals (500 above maintenance)
Low carb, high protein

just have a few questions.
1- how do i best split the cycle assist from helladrol, keeping in mind i train at 12:00 (midday)
2- DIET: am i getting in enough cal to reach my goal? im not big on carbs.
3- am i missing anything?

the first thing that catches my eye is that your maintenance calories is only 1900... That is either a miscalculation OR you are not working out nearly hard enough bro... Something is miscalculated there...

i highly recommend you use n2guard instead of cycle assist... it is a superior product...

spacing for dosing... take your first dose of hella in the a.m. then 4 hours later take your first dose of n2guard, then 4 hours later take second dose of hella, then 4 hours later take last dose of n2guard... it doesn't make a difference if you take hella right before going to the gym or not...

your right, i made a mistake. 1900 cals is my BMR i needed to x 1.2 = 2,280..
thoughts on maintaining this calorie consumption in order to drop bf% ?

how tall are you and what is your daily activity level... your numbers are off bro... give me the info and i'll help you out with this...
 
i used a metric BMR calculator of the net which i cannot link you to due to my newb position :)

1M 78CM
80.7KG
27 yrs old
i work in an office so im on my ass all day until about midday where i do an hours worth of hard weight training.
 
im showing your maintenance around 2500... maybe a bit higher... if you want to lose fat or weight then eat a bit under that... if you want to gain lean muscle and drop body fat then start right around 2500 and assess for about two weeks while your on cycle...
 
Thanks for ensuring bro. Need to lose more bf so I might drop it below 2500.
Would it matter heaps if my split is high protein low carb (when I say low carb I mean approx 100g per day )
Otherwise keen as mustard to kick off this stack
 
Helladrol is an awesome ph. You'll enjoy it bro
