I can't seem to come up with 2k cals a day without adding food that is high in saturated fat. I would rather do a CDK adding healthy fats to my meals but it requires a lot of oil for this. I even tried canola oil with protein powders but it tastes very nasty. Are there other ways to increase calories using healthy fats, especially on protein shakes? I want to stay on CKD for 12 months.
