I'M Weak HELP me!!!!!

i am feeling very weak recently just like i have notihng when i go to the gym, my diet is in check and i have a bb style routine that was desinged by a fellow bb member on here. i recently started working again 2 months ago,and since then i hit the gym 3x a week compared to 5x a week when i wasnt working. its all i have time for but i just feel beat already b4 i lift, i feel like i am weak all over. i am getting about 250g of protein a day and about 225g of carbs, im trying to do a lean bulk/recomp. i take dx7 everyday and started taking unleashed 2 weeks ago. along with cla. also take jack3d b4 i lift and even that cant help me! have a hit a real hard plateau? am i just to tired and wore out from work?
im 25, 6 foot 1 215 lbs.and i do auto detailing

diet is ROUGHLY-
breakfast-
Shake, 6 eggs,1 cup oatmeal,glass of oj

snack-
a piece of fruit and a shake(50g)

lunch-
chicken burger,raosted sweet orwhite potatoes,green beans

snack-
turkey breast sandwhich on wheat

after work-pre lift
raisins,or apple,some kind of meat,shake and preworkout

after lift-gaotorade followed by shake 40 min later

diner-
chicken breast,potaotes and veggies

b4 bed-cottage cheese..
 
If your trying to gain then you need to EAT MORE. Also drink your shake IMMEDIATLEY post workout. Dont wait 40 minutes. You need to eat a real food meal an hour or so after your PWO shake if you can help it. Also throw a scoop of casien protein in your morning shake so it lasts longer. The only time I ever use whey is post work out. If I have to use a shake I make sure its casien protein with liquid egg whites. I also put liquid egg whites in my shakes. At least a cup in every one.
If your feeling run down and your getting enough sleep then its just the fact that your working again. Get blood work done and see where your natural test levels are at. That could be a big issue too.
If you need a kick before w/o I personally suggest lipoflame. Its not like a conventional stimulant(crack). take 1-3 caps 30 min before w/o. You probably wont feel much. Then do at least 5 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill to warm up and increase blood flow. Once you do this the lipoflame will kick your ass. You will absolutely feel it then. But the good thing about it is after your work out it will die off. Wont keep you up all night like caffeine based stims will.
 
sounds good im careful on the eatign bc im trying to get as cut as i can while maintaining what i have and recomping it.
 
i get like this when i go real hard for a long without any extra days off. try taking a week off of lifting. its hard to do but sometimes your body is telling you it needs a break. what kind of pre workout supps do you use?
 
i use jack3d for preworkout, usually works great!! i just ordered lipoflame asn lipostim so we will see
i fear i am suffering from low test tho. i have prev cycle history adn i feel like im retaining water and have some estrogen build up

jack3d is great. but you get a tolerance to it really fast. you have to use it for 1 month on and 1 month off. most pre workouts are like that but jacked is the worst for getting used to it too fast.
 
well im detailing in a open garage at a dealership its still hot as hell and i lost like 15lbs since i started.
