In early October I got my lazy ass back in the gym, and began dieting. I started at around 26% BF, and before Christmas was at 13%. I worked my butt off to get there. During this loss I averaged around 2000 Cals per day. 2000 Cals. From the 25th of December through the 5th of January I was on vacation and did not stick to my diet or workouts. As soon as I got back I buckled down and got back at it. I am trying to stick around 2000 a day, but I am starving!!! I didn't have this problem before.
