IGF-1 / HGH + Diet??! = MAX fatloss

im planning to start a round of Long IGF-1 R3 at 30mcg post workout and am looking for some advice on what is the best type of diet to maximize fatloss.

i am currently on a cutting cycle and have been on a 45/40/15 (P/C/F) diet consuming around 2400 cals/day and have made some nice headway in the fatloss dept. i've been eating very clean and doing 30min of intense cardio 3x/wk with my regular weight training.

i've heard that IGF-1 increases appetite, so if need be i'll be upping the calories, but the question is: is a 45/40/15 diet a good approach?? should i adjust for more protein while on the IGF? should i lower/raise carbs?

for anyone who's used HGH/IGF-1 what diet worked best for you to maximize fat loss?

If you have never used GH before I wouldnt plan your diet quite yet. My experience has shown me that I go hypo a lot easier on GH and thus require more carbs. If thats the case for you all you diet plans may go right out the window. For now, I would just concentrate on your protein intake and have a overall calorie target in mind and play it by ear until you get a better idea of how you react to the GH.

so do you think it'd be beneficial to bump protein up to around 350g/day and then just manipulate my carbs as needed?
