If I can't get to a gym....?

I'm leaving the country in a few hours and it's gunna be a pretty vacation (10 or so weeks) and I know there will be times when I can't make it to a gym....

.... I'm at the end of my cutting phase (kinda) but would like to keep the results until the end of the vacation.... maybe cut a little bit deeper if possible. But maintaining muscle and keeping fat off is really my aim.

What should I do if I can't get to a gym? What exercises? How many reps etc?

Pushups are an obvious one.... I could also do triceps pushups with my hands in closer.... chins and pullups if I can find a bar of some sort.... dips on a bed or chair, I'm sure....

Anything else you can think of?

Leaving in a few hours, so if I don't get any responses, thanks anyway and I'll see you all later.
 
Ok, this sounds dumb and looks even dumber but it works...

It's possible to do upside-down shoulder presses using your bodyweight as the resistance Do a headstand against a wall and just press away, you can stabilize yourself with your feet. Just don't wear shoes cause it'll mark up the walls...
 
make yourself a sandbag and you can do countless excercises with it. Search for an earlier post of mine it might help you.
 
For lower body I would recommend pushing a small vehicle. Yes you heard right. Find a friend with a compact car and an empty parking lot. Have your buddy sit in the vehicle ,for braking of course, and put the car in neutral. Push forward and backward. If you're feeling tough find a small incline. Trust me you will feel your legs/glutes/hams/low back. Great for both lower body and HIT type cardio. Also consult any of the strongman sites out there. Many of those bros use common everyday objects for their training. Great way to confuse the body as well as gain some functional strength at the same time. The only thing that will limit you is your imagination. Wanna score some points with a female? offer to carry her mother's groceries up those 8 flights of stairs.

if you havent left

body weight squats.
single leg squats (with your free leg on a chair if its too heavy)
try the sholder press with your feet on the wall to take some weight off.

pull ups chin ups.....random object lifting i like stones and logs

lie on your back and perform wrestlers bridges...

the list goes on

Take it from me... this past summer i was away from my gym and kitchen for about 2 weeks and lost a damn lot of size and strength. It sucked! Know where your gyms are and plan out your meals ahead of time. That's the best advice i can give you
