It`s MUCH easier to throw everything in at the same time. lol

It's not that important to "not have fats and carbs in the same meal"; more than anything that's some kind of bodybuilding mythology. It's probabe that eating 50g of fat w/ 100g of carbs will fatten you up a bit, but when we talk about low-gi carbs 30-40g and maybe 20g of fat, the amounts are not high. Most peopl do not experience fat gain when combining a healthy fat w/ low-GI carbs and proteins. The digestion is slowed down and no insulin spike happens to induce the so-called fat gain of the combination.
