aren't we being a pest tonight. remember also, you hit your hams/glutes/quads/calves and to a lesser degree shoulders and arms and all when you squat. as well as kick your metabolism into overdrive. you know how it feels after squats when you can't breathe....then the next day your ass and quads and hams hurt like a bitch. your hitting like 3/4 of your muscle mass with squats.
