how many xenadrine a day? 4 or 6?

just starting xen- the bottle says take 2 upon waking and 2 before lunch, but then it says dont exceed 6 a day............... so how many to take? any experience with this? thanks

i took 2 at 6am with multi vitamin,and 2 at noon with multi vitamin, worked for me.

I started with 2@6 am, 2@1 pm. Only took four days out of the week. I did that for three weeks, then phased out to just 2@6 to try and avoid side effects, but I still get headaches when I take them. Try it out and see what feels right for you.

I do 6 a day, 2 half an hour before breakfast, 2 before lunch and then 2 before I go work out. I guess its a metter of how much you can handle.
