too much for a meal? On or off, I'm trying to dial in my bulking diet and I'm afraid two of my meals have too many cals.....
Meal 1 = 500 cals
MEALS 2 = 3/4 CUP STEEL CUT RAW
1 CUP EGG WHITES
300G DRY CURD COTTAGE CHEESE, W/ A COUPLE STRAWBERRIES, 1/2 APPLE/ 1/2 BANANA = ABOUT 750CALS..............TOO MANY?
MEAL 3 - 600 CALS
MEAL 4 = 400 CALS
PW SHAKE = 300 CALS
MEAL 5 - 5-6 LARGE HANDFULLS PEANUTS, 32 OZ CASEIN,EGG SHAKE, 300G DRY CURD COTTAGE CHEESE - 700-800 CALS??? TOO MUCH?
