How can I make eggs differently or taste better?

I eat eggs at least once a day. In the morning its usually 6 whites and 2 yolks scrambled. Sometimes I will throw chopped red peppers and onions in. How do you guys make your eggs so your not bored with them or what do you add?
 
Depends on ur diet goals but I like cheddar cheese if Im bulking. Also blendin em in a shake. I saw a great recipe in the diet forum for oatmeal + egg pancakes as well.

Finally...egg salad with an olive oil vinegarette

You can make an omelette; red peppers, spinach, mushrooms, carrots with some hot sauce on top. I can't do onions in the morning.

For extra protein you can add some tuna to your scrambled eggs.
Or, you can throw some cottage cheese.
Lately I've been having poached eggs over fresh spinach with jalapeno peppers. :qt: You can cook the spinach if you choose to. Sautee some olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper over medium heat. Add the spinach, cook, stirring 1-2min.
 
I season mine with cayenne pepper when I scramble 8 whites and 1 yolk. It tastes good and the cayenne is also a thermogenic food.
