for the past week i have got in 320 grams of protien kepts carbs under 90 grams and fat at less than 100 more than 80 i have lost 2 lbs with minimal cardio this week (having some knee pain so i am only doing about 20-30 min a day) and my week started on sat-today and i am on track for anthor perfect diet day!!!, i am gonna be down to 230 in no time !!!!
i kinda shit a brick a few weeks ago when i put about 5 lbs back on that i lost, with the school starting and all the hassle they snuck up on me. these numbers are working reral good for me, i have lost 82 lbs since jan using these numbers, i tried keto for a few weeks and stalled out. i think this is gonna work !!!
