Sport Karate? I used to compete on the NASKA national Karate circuit.... Do you compete?

NASKA! Cool. I am getting ready to compete on that circuit starting next year. I go to Joe Corley Karate which is the host of The Battle of Atlanta... one of the best tournaments besides the U.S Open

And yes i'm going to lift weights, I'm leaving now to go look at some benches. See ya

WoW...I've won the Battle, 2nd at the US open 2x, won the Bluegrass, 2nd at the New England Open, The Diamonds...Compete in Cali, Chicago, Detroit, DC, etc.... Was a few years back. I always loved the Battle...but it was the most hectic tourney that I'd ever go to...always did fairly well though. Used to compete with Mike Chantarantabunt (now Mike Chat), Carmichael Simon, John Valera, Brian Ruth (used to be my instructor before he moved to Bowling Green) and Hector Santiago and the Metro Team. Crazy...drop me an email sometime...
