First of all I need to let you know I have taken a good year off working out due to surgery on my arm. I have turned into a tub of shit. 5"5 150lbs. I have a slightly muscular frame outlined by FAT!! I guess maybe the fact that my chest is uhhh 38D takes off a couple lbs from the 150. Wish I knew how much! My body is hanging on to the weight like there's no tomorrow. I am doing 30min cardio first thing in the morning...work out later in the day and end with 30min cardio. All 5 days a week. I need to lose about 20lbs off this fat ass! I tried the no carb diet and I GAINED WEIGHT!!! Jesus I am backwards!! I do have a weakness for soda and I fail on that note a couple times a week by sneaking in one or two but during the no carb diet...I did not cheat at all. I just started anavar a week ago and would appreciate any help with my diet. I do not understand 30/'20/50/100 by 8% or whatever...LOL Diet is a pretty new thing for me....before I was always perfect naturally . (Yeah right!). I will be taking a 200mg dnp cycle in the next couple of days with T3.
Ok here's an example.
today:
Morning....Protien shake w/half
banana
mid-morn: apple
Lunch: 2 tuna fish sand on wheat
w/fat free miraclewhip
Mid afternoon: piece of fruit
Dinner: Chicken & Salad w/ fat
free, lite italian
following day I would have Turkey with Asparagus or something like that.
I have a cheat day once a week when I have soda. Never been one for junk so that's not really a problem. Mostly I just go out for dinner and have a couple of drinks. Unfortunately with the Holiday this week I cheated a little more often than I should of...LOL but normally I am very good about it.
Note: The fruit keeps me from totally throwing the diet out the window so I would really like to keep it.
