First of all I need to let you know I have taken a good year off working out due to surgery on my arm. I have turned into a tub of shit. 5"5 150lbs. I have a slightly muscular frame outlined by FAT!! I guess maybe the fact that my chest is uhhh 38D takes off a couple lbs from the 150. Wish I knew how much! My body is hanging on to the weight like there's no tomorrow. I am doing 30min cardio first thing in the morning...work out later in the day and end with 30min cardio. All 5 days a week. I need to lose about 20lbs off this fat ass! I tried the no carb diet and I GAINED WEIGHT!!! Jesus I am backwards!! I do have a weakness for soda and I fail on that note a couple times a week by sneaking in one or two but during the no carb diet...I did not cheat at all. I just started anavar a week ago and would appreciate any help with my diet. I do not understand 30/'20/50/100 by 8% or whatever...LOL Diet is a pretty new thing for me....before I was always perfect naturally . :D (Yeah right!). I will be taking a 200mg dnp cycle in the next couple of days with T3.

Ok here's an example.

today:
Morning....Protien shake w/half
banana
mid-morn: apple
Lunch: 2 tuna fish sand on wheat
w/fat free miraclewhip
Mid afternoon: piece of fruit
Dinner: Chicken & Salad w/ fat
free, lite italian

following day I would have Turkey with Asparagus or something like that.

I have a cheat day once a week when I have soda. Never been one for junk so that's not really a problem. Mostly I just go out for dinner and have a couple of drinks. Unfortunately with the Holiday this week I cheated a little more often than I should of...LOL but normally I am very good about it.

Note: The fruit keeps me from totally throwing the diet out the window so I would really like to keep it.

I do not see any healthy fats in your diet. You could replace the dressing & mayo w/ EFA's- ditch the fruit- Yeah, I would like to have it too, but it stops fat loss completely.
Personally, I hate to see anyone doing AS til the diet & training is nearly perfect. It's a waste of $$.
Read 'when 30+30 does not equal 60' thread.
How about your water intake? 1-2 cold gal/day will help in a big way.

My diet and training WAS perfect for me.......that was until a monkey wrench was thrown in and I had to have surgery. The time off put me in a place I had never been before and I have had to make adjustments to get out of it. Fortunately I have never had this problem before but now I do so I gotta live with it. Yes, I drink lots of H2o. I have trained for over 5 yrs and have a VERY good handle of what I am doing. Unfortunately my body is in shock and not reacting how it normally would so that is where the help comes in.

Like I said. The fruit sort of holds me together from going bonkers. I would really hate to lose it if I don't HAVE too. I will If I gotta but I prefer not. If you could give me an example of EFA's also that would really be handy. I would love it if someone could point me to a post with an example diet. I have searched and not been able to come upon one.

you can search flax oil, EFA, fish oil & get some good info- also the diet board
Bikini mom has posted a good diet on women's board.
 
Check out the " Need Reassurance" thread below yours. It's got BikiniMom's diet. Coming back for any injury or surgery can mean that your body no longer funcitons the way it used to. Stuff that once did the trick might need to be re-vamped.
