I searched the board for your post and spent the last 30 mins laughing my ass off. Being 17 is no excuse for your idiotic behavior. I've grown heaps using soy as my main protein source without meat or chicken or fish. It is a complete protein just as meat is.

Soy's phytoestrogens are actually anti-estrogenic because they bind to estrogen receptors preventing the stronger estrogens in your body from doing so.

That is why consumption soy is recommended to help prevent breast cancer in women.

This is all in your head. This has no basis in fact. However, one thing you certainly are getting when you bulk by eating meat is a hell of a lot of saturated fat.

hey bro, what kind of soy do you use as ur main protein source? Wouldnt mind hearing some of your daily foods that you eat.......

Gt the hell of your high horse HansNZ. O find this to be a common trait in vegetarians by the way. Vegeyatains and their evil sunsect, vegans go against everything the human pirit stands for.Beleive it or not, out biological makeup is ominivorous and we are designed and able to consume and assimilate meat efficiently. And don't tell me that the veggie\ruffage, abuse the shit out of the soybeam to emulate meat mentality is healthy.

Proven fact. The majority of veg heads crave meat, hence the multilation of soy products to serve as a substute for meat. Veggie 'burgers', veggie 'meatloaf' and even these faux chinese vegan restaurants that have these ridiculoous menus with categories like chicken, beef, pork. fish, etc... using various vegetables and soy products to what else? emulate meat products. Most vegetarians and vegans have absolutely no clue what fine, pure tofu even tastes like. It's unhealthy, raisesestrogen levels in men, along with promoting excessively high insulin levels leading to type-II diabetes in many veg heads. Not to mention that most vegetarian looks like absolute physical shit, cause they're not getting adeqaute complete proteins and nutrients on a daily basis.

You want to live your life meat free. Fine, I could care less, but don' try and patronize the majority who eat meat and spew your propaganda about the benefit of an animal free diet. People here have defended you and you stil come off as a pompous asshole, who thinks you know it all and expect the world to cater to your annoying needs. Eat vegetarian, then eat only at veggie friendlyrestaurants or stay at home. I can't stand vegetarians who go to regular eateries and give the total restaurant staff a hassle, cause they think their needs are special and everyone should bend over backwards to agree with their criteria. And no, I doubt you will maxiize possible gains on a vegetarian diet, unless the majority of ypur protein needscome from things such as whey, casein(cottage chese), other milk derived profucts, etc... And stop trying to convince yourself that soy has no estrogenic properties and in fact is antiestrogenic cause you're living in a dreamworld if you sincerely beleive that bullshit.
 
Vegetrarians are the modern day Nazis. Look how upity and defensive they all gets when confronted by science by someone like me.

Theres no need to get all nasty I beleve we should all talk to each other nicely.
