Help With My Diet

I am on week 5 of Test 500mg/wk and Deca 400mg/wk.

I wanted to post my current diet and get your thoughts on this.

This is what I will eat tomorrow:

1. 5:30am 6 egg omelet with 1/2 cup cheese, tomato, onions
2. 8:00am 3 cups raisin brain cereal w/whole milk
3. 10:00am 2 HB eggs and 1 cup cottage cheese with some pineapple juice
4. 12:00pm 3 Grill Chicken Breast, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup mix greens
5. 3:00pm 2 cans tuna with 4 tsp spicy mustard
6. 4:45pm 1 PB and Jam sandwich on whole grain bread - Before Gym
7. 8:00pm 1 NLarge Protein shake - After Gym
8. 10:00pm 12oz NY Strip, 2 Cups Broccoli, 2 cups Peas n Carots
9. 12:00am 1 cup cottage cheese

4. 12:00pm 3 Grill Chicken Breast, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup mix greens
5. 3:00pm 2 cans tuna with 4 tsp spicy mustard on 4 slices of whole grain bread with fresh spinage leaves on it
6. 4:45pm 1 PB and Jam sandwich on whole grain bread - Before Gym change this to oats and protein powder
7. 8:00pm 1 NLarge Protein shake - After Gym
8. 10:00pm 12oz NY Strip, 2 Cups Broccoli, 2 cups Peas n Carots add whole grain something
9. 12:00am 1 cup cottage cheese replace this with whole eggs

thats what i would change. i would also throw in a handful of nuts here and there between meals

I can't eat oats at the times you stated I should. Any oats make me fall asleep real quick and I can't have that in the morning and before my workout.

I also have IBS and I have to be careful what carb I eat or I'll get bloated. I don't have any problems with any proteins though.

thats the first ive heard of the carbs thing. maybe cromium picolinate would be helpful to you. i would at least use some sort of carbs in those places and proteins in the protein places. digestive enzimes may also be a good idea.
