Help me decide which diet...

Since low carb is getting so stinkin boring and not seeming to work....I'm thinking i'm gonna cut my fat down and try maybe just watching calories more. Or the ckd diet, although it sounds kinda complicated :worried:
I have no idea what my lbm is, nor do I know now to figure it out. But I am 5 ft. tall, scales says 101 lbs. What should my calorie goal be ??? 1000 per day?
WHich diet would be the best shot for me w/ only 5-6 wks. left to lose the flab. :mix:

Can someone tell me how to find out my lbm and body fat %, apparently I have to know these figures to do the ckd.
I don't belong to a gym, so what do i do?

A gym should be able to do it. Call or stop by a local gym, have one of their personal trainers do it. BUT...this might not be super reliable. Calipers have a margin of error of about +/- 4% or so. It will probably cost about $20 if you aren't a member.

Or you can call a local University, their Athletics or Exercise Science Dept. They can probably do hydrostatic measurement. This is more relaiable, but more expensive, maybe around $50.

Look up BodPod on the internet and see if they have a local testing location in your area. This is a very reliable method. But will cost about $50.

I'd go BodPod if you can.
