Your body is usually pretty good at ejecting anything it doesn't like. Let it pass & get all the shit out. Do keep at least as minimally hydrated as possible and get as much rest as you can - that stuff is just violently exhaustive on your body, esp in your depleted state. It should all pass by tomorrow. Watch if you feel flaky or light headed tho if you are too dehydrated.
When is your show -- April 22? If yes, the water deplete should be getting more aggressive but you will be starting your carb up - that should help w/ the exhaustion of all of it. Also will you be including salt now? That will help keep your electrolytes balanced....
