halo for her by ironmaglabs

so, even though i have been leaning towards the epibolin, when it came to assisting me with my bulk coming down mid summer, after my cut. some people suggested to me, check out halo for her because it doesn't require me to split up the powder in the capsules and then consume 2.5mg dosages, 3 times a day.

now, does anyone know for someone who has never tried otc steroids with stats at 5'4" and 155 lbs, should consume the 1 capsule or the max of 3 capsules?

basically it says consume 1 to 3 capsules a day, with the 3 being split evenly throughout the day.

look forward to advice.

also as a side note, this is all research for me. i am not sure if i am going to start using it or not but would like to have my mind made up through getting answers to my questions, so when i do decide to get on it, i will know which one is best for my overall goals.

I haven't tried any iron mag products. If you're set on it, give it a try and start up a log.

As with anything, it's best to start with lower doses then work your way up. Some even say 'have 1 day 1, 2 day 2, etc'

But given the fact that this is a supplement made specifically for women, I don't see harm in simply following the directions on the label. Just remember, deciding factor in your success/the supplement working will be diet.

thanks for responding.

yeah i am thinking of starting with that before i start with anything else. might be easier and a good precursor, if i decide to use it. will definitely write up a log if i do.

thanks again.

I think this is good advice. I'd start with the low dose and work up but I agree with PS...it's made specifically for women so you should be ok in working your way up to the highest recommended dose.

Definitely like to see a log if you decide to use it.
