Just wondering what peoples opinion is on this.

Saw it in a Men's Health & Fitness Mag.

They said don't worry about training arms, just concentrate on core exercises, Bench, Squats & Deads, and your arms will grow to match the rest of your body.

Any thoughts?

your arms will grow to meet the demands imposed on them. if you work hard on core lifts, your body will grow proportional to your strength/work demands with those lifts and the degree of involvement your arms have.

BUT....
as a bodybuilder, usually, a more direct approach is used.

My arms have picked up the pace big time as I have hit the heavy weights on the compound exercises... I have been lifting considerably heavier...

Hence, my arm CONCENTRATION workouts are that much more brutal. I don't have to do as many sets, I think with biceps I do around 6 sets total... maybe 7.

Oh yeah Nate, thanks for calling me. :)

True, if this was not the case then all the people in the gym just working on curls would have massive arms, we know this is not the case the biggest people or the one with the best physiques do core lifts
