I am stuck going on a 10 day road trip from the east coast to as far west as New Mexico... I have been told that I should expect to be gone for about 10 days. If I was going alone this wouldn't be a big deal, but since I am going with co-workers, I'll have to eat with them and adhere to their schedule. I am currently 22 yrs old, 5'9" and 150 lbs... lean lol... I have been bulking well over the past few weeks without putting on much fat and want to simply maintain myself over this long period. What kind of snacks should I pack along with me? Considering my diet will be going from super-strick to just making due with whats available, does anyone have any suggestions or survival tips for my new life on the road???
