Goal of 40LBS in 2 Months

what sort of diet did u follow (or try to follow) when you did your run? Ever think of trying a low-carb approach?

I ate everything in sight,including macdonalds and taco bell and droped weight like crazy,I wanted to experiment to see how good this stuff was.I also did like 2 hours of cardio per day and drank about2-3 gallons of water per day.
 
Bro's idk what to do. I dont feel the dnp as much anymore and im still on 500mg. You think I should raise it. My piss is also no longer neon yellow lol... What do you think I should do? My weight loss has also seemed to stop.
 
I seriously wouldn't raise it!!! Keep the cals' restricted, hit your cardio hard, drink lots of water and do that, you can incorperate some t3 if you'd like, dont go to high though. Why not come off, wait for the water to shed and be happy with your results?

Im just not happy with the results yet.

DOnt raise the dnp raise the cardio and I guarantee you will get shredded,do 2 hours a day on the eliptical if you have to and drink tons of water.
 
I completley agree with gymrat here, the dnp is working, more will not work better (could work worse if u cant get out of bed), your job now is to keep the cals low and keep the cardio PLENTYFUL!

upping supps or external aids is the easy way out. Anything worth having is worth the effort.

40lbs in 2 months? come on, you should know better. I busted my ass for 5 consecutive months to drop 50 lbs, 6 days/week, perfect diet. I didn't drop a single Oz of muscle doing that (you know the graphs). I never took a single supp during that time.

My advice:

Reconsider your goals, revisit your diet, come back with a plan. We can help you out, but if you think the only way to break a plateau is with a higher dosage you need to think again.

DIET, CARDIO, LIFTING. Go back to basics and leave the exotic stuff for a later stage when you really needed. Why the rush?

I can be honest. Im in a rush for the summer time and I dont want to look bad for my girl friend. I dont want her to have to feel like shes with an out of shape fat guy.
 
I am very frustrated. I went on the scale today and I was 229.5lbs! I used to be 227. I am getting very upset and discouraged. I ate to much for diner I believe and I am so pissed now. I feel like I am getting further away from my goal.


I am doing all of this for my girlfriend of 1 year. She always says that I am not fat etc but I feel like I am and I want her to look at me and be like damn, thats my guy. You know what im saying fellas. I need help with this and Idk why im not losing lbs anymore.
