upping supps or external aids is the easy way out. Anything worth having is worth the effort.
40lbs in 2 months? come on, you should know better. I busted my ass for 5 consecutive months to drop 50 lbs, 6 days/week, perfect diet. I didn't drop a single Oz of muscle doing that (you know the graphs). I never took a single supp during that time.
My advice:
Reconsider your goals, revisit your diet, come back with a plan. We can help you out, but if you think the only way to break a plateau is with a higher dosage you need to think again.
