When did I say I wasnt eating carbs? I eat sushi (it has rice) My diet has alot of carbs in it but good carbs and not carbs from shit like soda and candy.

Im confused, why did you think I said you dont need CARBS?

I agree 100%. I am down 9lbs right now and I am trying hard bro. The carb cravings are crazy on DNP. The one thing that stops me from eating is the guilt. I feel guilty because I cheated after I eat something bad such as candy or drinking soda. I try to eat sushi 90% of the time. I get a few rolls and I love it. The diet I posted is what I try to stick to but I like to eat alot of sushi.

Thanks for your help bro and I hope theres no hard feelings. I know I am at a really high bf and if someone was asking if they should use dnp at 30% bf I would do the same thing as all of you. I would tell him no and that he is crazy. My only defence is that i am experienced with dnp, I have a few aas cycles under my belt as well. I am far from a newbie and I just want a jumpstart my fat loss to keep me motivated.

I know how I am. If I am not doing something like using aas or some kind of drug (anything from dnp clen t3 to NO or CEE)I do not feel as motivated. I am unsure why I feel this way.
I know why you feel this way bro,your simply human like the rest of us.Most of us including myself are the same way as you.When I am on cycle I feel like an animal so when I come off cycle what I do is take as many suplements as possible to keep me gaining and pumped about working out.You have to try new things to keep your morale high and stay motivated in the gym,like buy new tank tops,new drink bottle,new ipod,what ever floats your boat,but believe me the little insignificant things make a huge difference on how you feel mentally.The bodybuilding game is very psycological and when motivation goes out the window it can be disasterous.Just be safe with the DNP and do plenty of cardio as much as you can tolerate and drink LOTS of water and try as hard as you can to stay away from carbs.But I would suggest you dont go above 400 mgs because I lost 20 lbs in a little over 2 weeks so I can tell you what every one says a million times its all about diet and cardio.Good luck and no hard feelings at all bro go get em. :)

Idk what you guys think about this but everytime I am on DNP I have to shit non stop haha. Anyone experience this?

Yeah nasty stinky runy shits and the worse gas on the planet,thats what I hated the most about that stuff.That and being a constant sweat puddle and getting really tired and the cold sugary drink cravings.

Yea bro, its killing me. The heat has just started to hit me hard the last 2 days at 500mg. I believe I have been on for 1.5 weeks now. Im down a few lbs but i cant tell much until the water comes off. Here is where I have the problem. How do I lose the water? Do i have to eat and workout a certain way in order to see all the dnp results?
 
and sex just sucks ass on dnp... one time i couldn't finish thought i was going to have a stroke, and apparently dripping sweat from your chin onto her face isn't hot? weird.
