never noticed it go yellow per say, had a complaint or two on the taste, and yeah that sweating sucks, but hey, hence what happens when you put a toxic chemical used for explosives into your body!!!
 
I don't believe that white rice from sushi is really a good carb.

I'm sure you're not eating very much of it... I just wanted to clear that up. Brown rice is best since it's a complex carb. Same thing with white potatoes... white flour... etc. Whole wheat flower with the wheat-germ intact, brown rice, and sweet potatoes are a much better way to go.

On that note I'm stoked because Digiorno just came out with a whole-wheat rising crust supreme pizza with real cheese :P

Yea bro, its killing me. The heat has just started to hit me hard the last 2 days at 500mg. I believe I have been on for 1.5 weeks now. Im down a few lbs but i cant tell much until the water comes off. Here is where I have the problem. How do I lose the water? Do i have to eat and workout a certain way in order to see all the dnp results?
The water will come off completely byitself 5-7 days after you stop use.

Ok I just got onto the scale. I am now 227lbs. My starting weight was 236lbs. I believe I have been on around 1.5 days and I plan on staying on longer.

Do you think I should raise the dosage or maybe drop it down? I am at 500mg now?

keep it at 500,after 400 I didnt see a benefit in fat loss but the sides got worse when I went up to 600mg.The key for me was to do 2 hours of cardio per day to lose the maximum amount of fat.I drank tons of water and pretty much ate like a pig because I couldnt control the carb cravings I was thirsty all the time and wanted to drink cold drinks like gatorade and the more I drank the more I sweated and the thirstier I got.

Yea im doing ok with cravings. Sometimes you need that soda or gatorade because you need the sugar. You get so weak and tired and even a nice redbull helps alot.
 
just religiously carry around a bottle of water and even though you'll wake up, chug a bottle before bed and upon rising. Make sure u have you VitE, VitC anti-oxidents mulit Vit's etc.... but i also agree, keep it at 500, no need to go above it, not like other drugs where preformance increases with dose. Next time I run that drug, if i do, i will run it at 200mg/day for 25 days. This will keep the cravings at bay, allow for i'm fiarly sure just as good fat loss and not inhibit me from churning out the cardio and crankin out the weights! Remember to keeps those cals low, and am cardio is beauty.

I have ran it at 200mg and can tell you it was a waste,I ran it for 20 days and still got hot and sweated like a pig and didnt lose nearly as much bodyfat as I did when I ran 400mg,it seems that 400mg is the best dose to take.
