just religiously carry around a bottle of water and even though you'll wake up, chug a bottle before bed and upon rising. Make sure u have you VitE, VitC anti-oxidents mulit Vit's etc.... but i also agree, keep it at 500, no need to go above it, not like other drugs where preformance increases with dose. Next time I run that drug, if i do, i will run it at 200mg/day for 25 days. This will keep the cravings at bay, allow for i'm fiarly sure just as good fat loss and not inhibit me from churning out the cardio and crankin out the weights! Remember to keeps those cals low, and am cardio is beauty.
