I have been on dnp for almost 2.5-3 weeks now. I stopped weighing myself due to the fact that the water weight was playing games with me. I feel so much thinner in the stomach area its not even funny. This is the good stuff.
Bad Stuff:
I have some really bad sweats here and there and I feel like I am going to die because my body has non ache pains. My joints and muslces feel so messed up. I struggle to get comfortable when I lay down to go to sleep. Are these aches from the dnp?
bro, 3 weeks it is time to get off the dnp, it is a toxin to your body and you could be doing some major internal damage. Get off it, give the body a break, be healthy, eat right, lift hard and hit your cardio!!!
I woke up this morning and I just had to see what my weight was. I jumped on the scale at first with my clothes on and it said 224lbs I was like awsome! I stripped down and my BW was 222.5lbs. I am so happy right now. Plus I still am holding alot of water. I was 236lbs and Now I am 222.5lbs. That is a total of 13.5lbs thus far.
How many lbs of water do you guys think I will lose?
