Bro it's all about diet. I did a ten day run with dnp and my diet was SHIT. guess what, i gained 1lb. After all the sweat, yellow semen, smells, dehydration, shit lift workouts etc it wasn't worth it. Your body will experience sharp cravings for carbs that will show no mercy. Any i'm not some pussy with no will power, but you need a manageable plan to meet, surpass and hold your goals.
