Goal of 40LBS in 2 Months

Question, whats so important about may 1st? (or two months from now, whichever you ment?) You really gotta ask yourself, do I want to loose 40lbs in 2 months and mid july be back at only 5-10lbs from where i am now? Or do i want to loose 20lbs in 2 months (hard yet reasonably safely attainable), and then perhaps another ten by july and maintain and stay healthy and mirror friendly? Take diet advice from the bro's on this board, there are very very smart people that will speak if you'll listen!

I wasnt telling anyone anything. I was telling you. I was responding to what you said to me. I never said 800mg is safe for a newbie, thats not safe for anyone peroid. People have to know their body. Also I have used hellfire and its industrial, I am using Dinitros crystal right now which is supposed to be the best out there...


PS: I started at 236lbs I am at 227lbs now. I was 233lbs when I started dnp.


Bro all I am saying is that I am not a tool, I know what I am talking about. Someone starting out should run 200mg for the first 3 days to see how their body reacts and than push it up to 400mg ED. I personally do not suggest over 12 days for a first cycle I like a nice short 8-10 day cycle for the first cycle.

How many cycles have you run? I have about 6 behind my belt. (not bragging) I let myself totally got a while ago and I gained alot of bf after running a dbol/test cycle.
 
Hows it going guys, I thought I would just do a quick update:

My strength is suffering due to the DNP but that is expected. The sweats have been moderate and obviously only kicks in if I consume carbs or if I am inside walking up some stairs :worried: .....


My starting weight was 236lbs, when I made this I was 230lbs. I started DNP at 233lbs and I am now 227lbs. I am down a total of 9lbs and a total of 6 from dnp.



Thanks fellas. What do you guys think I should use after the DNP?

I was thinking either clen/t3 or an EC. It would be nice to get my t3 levels back in shape considering how low they must be from the dnp.

I have actually ran about 5 cycles one in wich I lost 20lbs in my first one,here is the picture of me when I was done so you can have an idea of how low my bodyfat was,also runing 200 mg for 3 days is exactly what I said to do in my post if you read it correctly.I have ran it 5 times and one time I developed an alergic reaction to it and had bumps all over my arms so you definetly need to test it at 200 first.Attached are the before and after pictures of how I looked on 400mg per week.I also tried like hell to watch my diet was nearly impossible due to uncontrolable carb cravings constantly and did 2 hours of cardio a day and drank close to 3 gallons of water per day.
 
FORGET THE DNP, HOWEVER......

if you choose to disregard our advice, at least drop it down to 200mg/day of DNP and not 500mg/day....

Bro it sounds to me like you need to take a real hard look at your lifestyle and diet before you go taking anything else.Your taking huge amounts of a drug that is very unstable and even the pros know very little about what it can really do to you.Believe me I am not a sissy when it comes to dosages and have more cycles under my belt than I wish I ever did.If diet and lifestyle is not in check all the DNP and aas in the world aint going to help you.

I am on 500mg now it has been 1 week and I dont feel hot. Crystal and Industrial really make a huge diff. Bro in the past I have been on 800mg ED for 1 week. I dont think 500mg is going to hurt me if I made it through that living hell ;)

I agree 100%. I am down 9lbs right now and I am trying hard bro. The carb cravings are crazy on DNP. The one thing that stops me from eating is the guilt. I feel guilty because I cheated after I eat something bad such as candy or drinking soda. I try to eat sushi 90% of the time. I get a few rolls and I love it. The diet I posted is what I try to stick to but I like to eat alot of sushi.

Thanks for your help bro and I hope theres no hard feelings. I know I am at a really high bf and if someone was asking if they should use dnp at 30% bf I would do the same thing as all of you. I would tell him no and that he is crazy. My only defence is that i am experienced with dnp, I have a few aas cycles under my belt as well. I am far from a newbie and I just want a jumpstart my fat loss to keep me motivated.

I know how I am. If I am not doing something like using aas or some kind of drug (anything from dnp clen t3 to NO or CEE)I do not feel as motivated. I am unsure why I feel this way.
 
YOU NEED CARBS with DNP....
more carbs you eat the more you will burn...

careful with that statement though cyrex, cals are cals... Zenx, you have made up your mind you will do as you like. There are no shortcuts in life. I wish you luck, stay hydrated, for god sakes take your anti-oxidents (VitC Vit E, mulit V, multi Min), have some V8 handy or Gatorade for your electrolytes and taker easy.
