Question, whats so important about may 1st? (or two months from now, whichever you ment?) You really gotta ask yourself, do I want to loose 40lbs in 2 months and mid july be back at only 5-10lbs from where i am now? Or do i want to loose 20lbs in 2 months (hard yet reasonably safely attainable), and then perhaps another ten by july and maintain and stay healthy and mirror friendly? Take diet advice from the bro's on this board, there are very very smart people that will speak if you'll listen!
