Girlfriend looking to cut.

People seriously underestimate diet. I can tell you that diet attributes for most of the look I have. I have tried everything, even T3 on a so-so diet did not compare to straight keto. Read Radar's link and get your girl on athermo like adderllin if anything. No need for roids, epsecially at that weight.
 
Not really my girlfriend. Just a close friend. But shes really been tryin to drop pounds for some time now, but cant manage to drop anymore.

To me, shes really not fat, shes pretty thin, But I think she wants to cut into her abs maybe.

Here is her stats:

21 Years old. 5 foot 8. 145 pouds.

Sandwich on wheat bread, with turkey and ham, lettuce, onions, and regular yellow mustard.
And sometimes a low cal smoothie.

This is all she eats everyday typically.

Then she works out 5 days a week, running on the treadmill from an hour to an hour and 20 minutes.

Also she works on weight machines, typicall the legs and abs machine.

Me, I was thinking Winny cycle? She isnt too rich, not too much money, but any suggestions on the cycle right for her would be great.

I would scratch the bread out of her diet, that is one of the simplest things to do. also you mention on the sandwich she likes turkey/ham. I am gonna guess they are cold cuts. I am cut them out. too much salt. substitute in fruits/veggies instead.

drink tons of water.

she shoudl have no problem with the exercise she does tweaking her diet. a guaranteed way of success

at her height and weight she is hawt. i dont get why girls want to be ultra skinny but i understand if she wants to get healthier.
 
How about a t2 ad erase stack? both OTC. Better than hydroxycut and whatever shes taking I assume? There not steroids...so? What do you think? Yes I will be informing her about her diet.
 
Diet is the number one thing. I had a horrible diet about a year ago before I learned how to diet and work out the correct way. I was 130lbs then and now I'm 120lbs and dropped a lot of body fat. I take Adderllin too. It is a very powerful thermogenic and I sweat like crazy when I take it. I throw clen in here and there but I really only use it when I go hard at the gym before I go on vaction or something. Hey there. Steroids is NOT the answer. Trust me.

Let me get this straight. All she is eating is a ham and turkey sandwich and sometimes a low cal smoothie? Is this for the entire day? So 1 or 2 meals if she has the low cal smoothie? And probably wouldn't call the smoothie a meal, if she doesn't add protein in it.

So with that little bit of calories she's feeding her body and she is doing all that cardio. No wonder she is not getting the results she wants. She needs an overhaul in her diet. She should be eating no less than 5 meals a day with protein in each meal. She can play around with carbs and fats, but protein is essential. Trust me, if she overhauls her diet and stays consistent, I promise you she will see results in a few short weeks.
 
She needs to sign up here if more then one person tells her what she is doing now is a bad idea she is more likely to listen. We will be more then happy to help.
 
Her diet is terrible! She can use anything but if she doesn't clean up the diet and get on a proper eating program all she'll get with winny or var are the potential sides. She's looking for a quick fix and not being very smart about it. If she's hellbent on using something, I'd start with something more like need2's Katanadrol but again....it all comes back to diet.


Props to Roxy and Radar for their responses. Starving your fucking self AKA eating very little will not make you lose weight. Completely counter productive. She needs to be eating around an 1500-1600 clean cal diet in small meals throughout the day.

FUCK taking winny, anavar, or whatever anyone else says be it a mild steroid or not she doesn't need to be jacking with her system in this manner.

Tell her to pull her head out of her ass and listen to the pro's here. :D:Popcorn:
 
She sounds like where I was for a while.....she's not eating enough - plus taking a bunch of diet pills.....I'm sure she's killed off her metabolism and drained her adrenals. She probably is afraid to eat any more than what she's eating because she will gain weight right away (that's what would happen to me). Joining this forum was the best thing I ever did to get my metabolism back up and my workouts on track. She needs to completely redo her diet and focus on macros....water intake.....work on getting her caloric intake up to a normal level and cut out the processed foods she's eating. She also needs to realize that there IS no quick fix that will help her without hurting her in the long run.

Tell her that in order to fix her metabolism, she's going to have to get her calories back on track - and that means she's probably going to gain a little weight for a few weeks. Not alot, but even 1lb would send me into a cardio frenzy before I came to this forum. I started eating the calories I should have been eating, paying attention to my macros, and worked on BUILDING muscle in order to finally get rid of the fat that I hated. In a few months, I saw a very big difference - and so did a lot of other people. I was skinny fat......now I'm toned and in shape and much stronger! I'm also wearing almost a size smaller than I was BEFORE, when I was only eating 6-800 calories a day.

She should join this forum and read the stickies and threads these ladies have posted....they know their stuff!!!
