Morning Weight:
yep, forgot. by the time i got to the gym, i had breakfasted and done mucho agua, so the 226lbs on the scale was less than appealing. Will make the mark in the morning tomorrow. ***I did pre & pwo weight otday ... will update shortly


Morning Cardio:

Easy Pace Ride:
a breazy sunny 45minute pace ride around the hills that make up this glorious region i live in. Joy is in the eyes that see, laughter in the ears that hear.
***Sounds phenom .. started to rain before I left for gym .. so run similar to compare.. there will be other days ... :rose:

Food and Supps:

Light calorie day planned.. but hunger is chasing my fat ass around the beltway.
***How light is light .. we talkin' 10 - 12 X here? Just a general 'shock' to system in general? ... Muscle catabolish is not my worries pardna .. sanity is ... you are a monsta... good way :D
Daily Supps
A basic listing, some will vary according to diet, but mostly the same day to day, for now... ***Few ?'s

Two Cardio Breeze, 2x/Day *** I sometimes have to bump to 2 these days .. I do NOT recommend that though, I've been off it & all other stims for ~ a little than than 2 weeks but body, taking what it needs, it WILL adjust
3 Sublingual B-12
YES on Face, abs, handles, chest and ass, once or twice/day *** I like YES on the face, no issues for me, chizzles me up, makes others cringe ... :D what is your opinion
2 pumps AIFM, site rotates per application, On rising and bedtime
Glucorell R, as needed
Sesapure, 3-6 per day, depending on cals and willpowa....
4 Levorex, 3x/Day

Very Light calorie day planned.. Buns: tween 9x and 10x on low days. Basic cal cycling for me, all fairly low carb, not NO carb, but really never above about 150g of impact for the day, usually less... Will do:

3 days low (9-10x )
1 moderate (12x MAX)
2 low
1 high (14x)
Repeat

... this is the plan for the forseable future...

Breakfast was the atkins bars and apple

Chix or turkey today with spinach, fibrous carbs and some nuts for three meals.

Two snaks of an apple and weeeee bit of almonds to blunt the digestion process...

PRE and POST training is a Powerade and two scoops ISO agb.. gonna try a new thing... see how that goes...

Decided to break from tradition on my monster nightmare and switch bi's to chest day and tris to back day to work the opposing rather than complimentary group. Too damn hard to follow the norm without rest for 48 sets....


OMGWTFG Monster Chest/Bis/Core

Monster One
Incline DB Chest Press: 4 sets of 20 with 45lb db's
EZ Bar Curls: 4 Sets of 20 @ 50lbs
Inverted Pikes: 4 sets of 6 (holy f'ing shit)

Monster Two
DB Flat Bench, Palms Facing: 4 sets of 20 with 45lb db's
Reverse Grip EZ Bar Curls: 4 sets of 20 @ 45lbs
Alternating 'ToeTouches' (lay on back, heels to ceiling, reach across to touch oposite toe, a fairly sick transverse crunch move) four sets of 24

Monster Three
Dumbell Pull-Overs: four sets of 15 with 45lb DB
Supinated Incline 45degree Incline Curls: four sets of 20 with 25lb DB's
Knee Crunches on Balance Bench: four sets of 25

Monster Four: The Eliminator
Cable Chest Flys: Four sets of 15 @ 45,55,65,65lbs
Cable Concentration curls: same reps, same weight as flys. owie. last set went BOOM and only got five reps...
Cable Crunches: four sets of 15 @ 150lbs

Yep. Totally phrucked to the wall. shook like a leaf for an hour... barely focused now. Oh my, i love this stuff.

shooting for every 2-3 ?

You can overeat the heck out of veggies & spin. I KNOW you know this ... But with low carb, brain function may waiver, just lookin' out .. & if you run OUT of meals ... I really don't a monster salad or Green veggie loads gonna hurt, if it helps sanity :) .. cortisol .... etc....
