ATF Squats, 135 for 12, 225 for 10, 315 for 8
45 degree press: 360 for 8, 540 for 8, 720 for 6, 810 for 4. I hurt now. I will hurt more later, but it was the most weight I have moved in a very, VERY long time.
SLDeads: 95 for 8, 135 for 8 and POW! Ham cramp. Not smart. Should have skipped these entirely. Dumb, Ghede, Dumb.
Calves: standings topped out at 630, followed by a full flight of ten-rep stair climbers. Love/hate.

TODAYS FOOD:

Fruits of the sea today;

Salmon filet with curried cauliflower, roast garlic marinade and barley and brown rice.

Albacore Steak with brocoli, snap peas, baby greens

Two Crabcakes, broc, cauli, snaps, wild rice and soy nuts.

Two 1/2 cup portions of oats and ISO AGB and one Grapefruit juice and ISO AGB PWO. yummy...

about 3200 today, going down LOWWWWW this week: its caloric wasteland time again.

Edit. Just found out the sled weighs 65lbs. Make that 876lbs.

What do you do for you DOMS? Active recovery, ibprofen, ect?

LEGS!! AGAIN?!?!! WTF!?!?

Ok, well, my Bi workout the other night was overzealous to put it mildly, ended up doing superset ezbar curls and reverse grip curls with 115lbs, thats a lot for me... followed by straight bar curls with 135lb bar. ouch. my left elbow and shoulder is less than pleased. So... no upper body work for a few days is the order of the week.... whats left besides legs and core? oh... rest might be an option... or NOT!

ATF Squats, 135 for 12, 225 for 10, 315 for 2: bar was making my shoulder freak out... pull back when it hurts...

45 degree press: 360 for 8, 540 for 8, 720 for 8, 810 for 6. Reps went up, thats a good thing...

LegExtensions: We now have a leg extension machine that goes to 300 so i figured i could push it a little today and not worry about topping out, 170 for 8, 230 for 8, 290 for 8, 310 for 8. Yep, i added the 10lbs worth of slidy weights to the top. 310 on extensions is a record for me. Been a good week.

Calves: standings top ended at 495 and 4 plates, for a total of 675lbs for 8... gotta be a better way to do that... just not heavy enough.

TODAYS FOOD:

Better than eggs and a whole egg with whole grain english muffin and walnut pesto for breakfast. Yum.

Three meals near the same of turkey burger, turkey sausage and a mixture of brocoli, cauli and snap peas. a tbs of chopped walnuts and almonds on each, and some no-cal salad dressings spiked with hot sauce. Pretty standard fare for me.

PWO: nice big bowl of Puffins and Branbuds with ISO AGB and walnuts. yum

one snack of a BBQ Ostrim and a Cookies n' Cream PowerCrunch bar. Love those.

i have been thinking about getting one of those like once a month or something. i've seen bodybuilders get deep tissue masages.....looks lke it hurts real bad....haha.
