Morning Cardio:

Nada, five am client, and after last nights mondoCardio my legs were a wobblin'....


Food and Supps:

Eating a wee bit more today, not a 'fun' day, just a couple hundred cals so i can focus my eyes... :D.... will fry it off with afternoon work....

Daily Supps
A basic listing, some will vary according to diet, but mostly the same day to day, for now...

Two Cardio Breeze, 2x/Day
3 Sublingual B-12
YES on Face, abs, handles, chest and ass, once or twice/day
2 pumps AIFM, site rotates per application, On rising and bedtime
Glucorell R, as needed
Sesapure, 3-6 per day, depending on cals and willpowa....
4 Levorex, 3x/Day
4 GreenTea, 3x/Day
2 Trex, 3x/Day

Basic Meals:

Wild rice with toasted Pecans and sundried cherries, a turkey burger and a turkey snausage.

Three main meals are chicken breast and turkey burgs with Edamame and baby spinach, basic nut mix for fats and cal-free dressings with appropirate assaisonment... also, sprinkled my bran buds over salad today, no 'cereal' per se...

Snakage of an ostrim ostridge meat stick thingie...

PRE and POST training is a Half Powerade and one scoop each ISO agb..

Its possible that i might have a spot that isnt sore.... ummm.. yep, i found one, my left earlobe. Thats it. really. thats IT....

Today might just be a.... GASP! day off?!?!? even the sound of that makes me wanna hurl.... must.. rest.. must.. train...

I found a sore spot too, left elbow, work related from typing ...

ahhh fek..... THANK YOU ... it appears you shipped it to MY address with the lovely 2 other gifts I got today :) I present from my best friend (sweet razor black tank to flash this biz-ack ) & a Pansy Orchid to make friends with the happy flowers a received last week ... :) woo hoo :D Pics in my log tomorrow ... of the flowers ... :D

I'm sure my BODY will thank you, after my mind will SCREAMS ... you know how that goes...

I :heart: the arc trainer ... :evil: Don't have it at new gym, so sprints & Step Mill, & sometimes Sprints ON step Mill must be done :evil: :D

Nice job on takin' it to the next level & coverin' my tush ...

Major cook Fest for food prep was priority ... followed by cleaning ... I wish my gym was open past 10 ... argh ... then again, it's probably a good thing they aren't ... :D

222.6... YA FECKIN HOOOO!!!!! and the move down the scale has begun... wicked.


Morning Cardio:

35 minutes heavy ArcTrainer, HR at 156+bpm... i flip into ketosis so hard doin these at this carb level that about 15 minutes into my cardio you can smell the Acetone so strong it makes your eyes water... wow... dig it....



Food and Supps:

PLANNED Calories way low for today.. not sure i will make it that low.. if not, might add a wee meal... TBD....

35 minutes LSD on ArcTrainer, still hill intervals but HR down to a 135bpm max...

then 10 solid HIIT sprints on the Recumbent LifeCycle, 45 rpm on the low, 130rpm on the high end... doooood: these kicked my ass to the floor on a day as low in carbs as today.. holy shit rabbitino!

I think i may just either do my basic 85% Hills or LSD on low carb days and keep the real HIIT for mod/higher days, just too damn hard on the system the other way....

Ever just want to start chewing on some plastic to give your self some pleasure of chewing without the calories?

yah mon, that 85% morning cardio sucked my brain free of any usefull..er.. um... anything. SO... will have to adjust cals at least by 240, added an extra meal of mostly protein and a wee bit o' fat... body is yodelling for carbs but if it really needs it, it will convert the dietary proteins so thats cool by me...

Feeeeelinggggg Sluggggishhhhh must hammer more Trex to boost my brain.
