Gaining Muscle off of PH's during cutting cycle?

I don't understand why people are so confused by this. Becoming shredded for a show and bulking up do not mix. In the off season thats when you need to bulk up. For a show, you should be concerned with shedding bodyfat, plus maintaining the muscle you've got. When you cut carbs and fat out of your diet, do not expect to gain muscle and strength.

I was gonna say something but I'll refrain, so I don't sound like a broken record :D

WannaBPowerful - try it and see how you go, you may be just surprised...I boosted my strength by 5% every week on a pre-contest low carb cycling diet many years ago. The thing I was on a HIT style routine. Low volume being the key.
 
it also depends on how close you are to your potential. a person not in great shape will gain muscle while losing fat.

That said ultra high doses of PHs and/or injecting them CAN and DO produce gains.

But as most of the vets on this board are prone to say, "save yourself some $ and heartache and just do the real stuff."
