I made the casein protein ice cream but I think I froze it too long, I left in the freezer about 3 hours. When I took it out it was rock hard lol so I had to let it thaw but it was good and tasted like ice cream!!

Yeah if someone worked on it I am sure you could develop a quality protein ice cream to manufacture and sell. It seriously tasted and looked like ice cream.
You can also add in a tbsp of sugar free jell-o brand pudding and it will be even more like ice cream, thicker and creamier. but it does add more carbs and cals.
