Food types to eat at certain hours?

Hello ive done a good deal fixing my diet but im unsure when to eat certain foods for max benefit. I am bulking right now and will show an average layout of my day to know when to put the certain foods into my day.

Wakeup meal 7:00am -
Upkeep meal between classes 9:30am -
Pre workout 12:00pm -
Post workout/lunch 2:00pm -
Drive home food 5:00pm -
Dinner 8:00pm -
Bedtime food 10:00pm -

My only workout is for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours inbetween classes so i figure thats when i need my most energy. If you can fill in after the dashes the types of food i should be taking in at that time to keep me balanced throughout the day id be grateful. Meaning Shakes/extra protein/extra carb/fruits/fats ill be able to matchup the foods i make and eat them then.

Wakeup meal 7:00am - P+C Meal i.e. 6-8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Whey, 1/2 c. Oatmeal, 1 pc. Fruit
Upkeep meal between classes 9:30am - Protein Shake
Pre workout 12:00pm - P+C Chicken Breast, Yam or Brown Rice, 1 c. Broccoli
Post workout/lunch 2:00pm - P+C 40-80g's Dextrose or Maltodextrin, 40-60 g's Whey Protein
Drive home food 5:00pm - P+F Handful of Almonds, 1 c. Cottage Cheese
Dinner 8:00pm - P+F Hunk of Lean Red Meat, Steamed Vegetables w/ Olive Oil
Bedtime food 10:00pm - P+F 2 Tbs. Flax Oil, 60g's Caseinate


All general guidelines man. Need to adjust caloric intake depending on your current weight, lbm, etc...just thought I would give you something to go by.
