Hello ive done a good deal fixing my diet but im unsure when to eat certain foods for max benefit. I am bulking right now and will show an average layout of my day to know when to put the certain foods into my day.
Wakeup meal 7:00am -
Upkeep meal between classes 9:30am -
Pre workout 12:00pm -
Post workout/lunch 2:00pm -
Drive home food 5:00pm -
Dinner 8:00pm -
Bedtime food 10:00pm -
My only workout is for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours inbetween classes so i figure thats when i need my most energy. If you can fill in after the dashes the types of food i should be taking in at that time to keep me balanced throughout the day id be grateful. Meaning Shakes/extra protein/extra carb/fruits/fats ill be able to matchup the foods i make and eat them then.
