Do you do your cardio in the A.M.?

I wish, nope, i have tried but I get sick and don't know why. When I start to cut I am going to have to force myself to cause the timing and I am dreading it.

i'm going to attempt to do 60 minutes of cardop tonight but i'm sure i'll get to 30 minutes and quit lol

I get that way sometimes, make a goal for 40 minutes and go from there. I figure when I make it to forty, might as well finish the 20! Sounds silly but it is what I have to do sometimes to get through the cardio when I don't want to do it.

Or set your self a goal that in 60 minutes you are going to burn so many cals.

the sewing is coming along great. gotta sew 42 hearts, a bear and a child's name on a quilt.

Take my oldest daughter shopping today, man I can't wait till they are both old enough to go, I hate leaving the other one behind but she is getting quality time with grandma. I am finally getting a much needed hair cut, yahoo!

Seeing trainer late tonight, I assume it is shoulders day.

Oh yeah and now for some strange reason, everything is fine at recess, my son says the teams are fair and nobody is saying nothing?????? Must nag him more to find out if that is really true.

Boy, you're a busy girl.
Do you feel a need to have your hair perfect before going out? With some people it's makeup, others it's nails, with my wife, it's hair. If she's not likin her hair, it's a bad day.

Glad to hear your son's makin out OK. Could be a teacher saw what was happening & stepped in. Could be they just got their issues sorted out. I remember when I was young, this one time, at band camp...........oh, never mind.

Do I need to have my hair perfect, yeah NO. I wear a hat or put in a pony tail almost everyday, I don't usually have time to muc around with it. But I did get my hair cut and it is now in such a way I just blow dry it and go, so now I don't have to wear a hat or pony tail. My daughter was so happy she hugged me, she is always telling me "mommy I like your hair down".

Awesome day! went for lunch, got the royal treatment and got our hair cut and done, went and saw a fire breathing dragon, sea lions and a petting zoo and I bought some new clothes.
