tomorrow back at the gym and I am almost done my quilt, yahoo. Play center with the girls and get caught up on hubbies business. I am going to try take the job at the gym and see if it will be ok until that other place phones cause apparently they are supposed to :rolleyes:

We are always asking for pics in here, so we need one of the quilt, too. ;)
Is the gym gonna be giving you full time hours?

Definitly will take pics of the quilt. The gym will be part time, 2 hours in the morning and occasionally in the evening,on their busy days.

all 3x10
barbell curls = 20LBS
dips
hammer curls = 20 pounds
kickback backs = 15 lbs
twist dumbell curls = 2- lbs
overhead extention 3x10

saturday = 30 minutes cardio

Nice job. Have you ever done skull crushers for Tri's? I wish I could do dips. Too hard on my shoulders.

Haven't done the workout yet :) tonight

yup skull crushers and french press, almost dropped the bar on my forhead, I find them hard on my elbows. were old :rolleyes: :)
 
alright, I just did a major cheat :) I just made rice crispy squares and lets just say I didn't stop at one square. :chomp:
