TO DO LIST
- go to bank/pay bills
- get a whole bunch photocopied
- pre cook a whole lot of food
- buy flowers (neighbours dog died) she is the sweetest lady
- take girls to library
- worry about my sons all day long (the mother of my step son is an IDIOT) especially right now. :worried:

got all my stuff done, but I burnt my rice, tonights workout was kick ass!!!!!!! The gym wants me to work their part time in the mornings running the daycare and in the evenings behind the desk, I told them I am still waiting to hear back about this other job. Which I doubt I got but I give them a couple more days to phone then I am taking the job at the gym

My boy did fine today, thank goodness. They didn't really play soccer at recess they just took turns kicking the ball into the net, nobody bugged him or said anything!
 
Do you got your carbs and fat backwards on that macros post :lmao: Because there are surely more then 11% carbs in there hehe...

Cool! I'd loove to work at the gym. Lotsa time to workout. Free or discounted athletic products. Nice scenery.

Barely, oh yeah, before that 10minutes on jacobs ladder! tomorrow is 60 minutes cardio and I CAN"T WAIT.

Yes, my son seemed in a better mood when he got home. But we will see how the week progresses I am still a wee lirery but keeping my fingers crossed.

abs

taking the girls out for breakfast this morning, then the dollar store for the girls, then it gets really exciting buying fabric. Making a bed spread for a friend who is about to calf. I actually love to sew!

i'm going to attempt to do 60 minutes of cardop tonight but i'm sure i'll get to 30 minutes and quit lol
